We do our best to provide continuous security updates for our IoT products, covering GNCC and Victure. Security updates usually include the latest security patches, security bugs fixes, and other security improvements. We will maintain security updates for at least 2 years from the date certain device models are launched.
We regularly publish and update the following list of end-of-life (EOL) products to help you check if your device can still receive security updates. We may support security updates for certain models for 3 years or longer, depending on the actual situation. If very serious security bugs are found, even if your device is on the EOL product list, we may provide you with necessary security patches.
The following is our EOL (end of life) product list. This means that we no longer maintain any software or firmware updates (including security updates) for them, and may no longer respond to security bugs reports for such products.
